Our British made, Kips Bay Ottoman collection was inspired the grand American interiors seen in glossy magazines like Elle Décor and Veranda.
This item can be made in your own choice of fabric, to a size and shape (oval or round would look great) to suit your project and with or without bullion fringe.

- Delivery into your own warehouse or shipper. This is a single-man delivery service and we ask that the goods be unpacked and checked upon delivery.
- Delivery to your or your client’s premises. This is a professional two-man delivery service and can include placement and unwrapping of the goods. Installation of headboards and assembly of beds and furniture is offered in certain areas.
- Collection from our Warehouse. Collection is available from our head office approximately 3-5 days from receipt of payment, and we'll contact you when it's ready.
- United Kingdom delivery only. All good are suitably wrapped for delivery within the United Kingdom.
- Made to Measure orders require 50% deposit upon order with the balance payable upon completion and prior to delivery.
- Customised Made to Measure orders require full payment at point of order.
- Quick Ship and Stock orders require full payment at point of order.
- For first orders placed by a trade customer, or orders being paid on behalf of the trade customer by a third party (the end user) we ask for full payment at point of order.
- Should we be asked to purchase any fabrics or hardware on your behalf, we ask for full payment for these before placing any orders.

These fabrics are for you to choose for your Made-to-Measure project. Our house fabrics are already FR treated for UK Domestic upholstery.
Choose FR Interliner
FR Interliner needs to be used on fabrics that are 75% + natural fibre. The fabric also needs to pass the UK fire regulation Cigarette Test (also known as BS 5852 Part 1 Ignition Source 0-test). Any fabrics that are under 75% natural or don't pass the Cigarette test (BS 5852 Part 1 Ignition Source 0-test) cannot be used with an FR Interliner and must be suitably FR treated.
Choose Glides
Felt Pads will be used on hard floors. Nylon Glides will be used for Carpets/Rugs.
