These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the site (“Site”) operated by Robert Langford Limited Anyone who wishes to use this Site must accept these Terms without change. BY ACCESSING THIS SITE, YOU ARE INDICATING YOUR ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND ANY POLICIES INCORPORATED INTO THESE TERMS.

If Robert Langford Limited does not provide services to you, it may retain archive copies of the User Content.

(e) reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to decipher any code or any portion of the Site for any purpose;
(f) aggregate, scrape, harvest or duplicate any portion of our Site, including any personal or contact information, or use such personal or contact information for any secondary marketing purposes or unsolicited mass e-mail, or any purpose inconsistent with the purposes of the Site;

(d) Independently developed by Robert Langford Limited without regard to the confidential information;

7. Unsolicited Submissions. The Site does not constitute an invitation for unsolicited submissions by you of your own products, materials, ideas, inventions or projects. You are making any such submissions of your own User Content because of your interest in Robert Langford Limited’s service offerings. Robert Langford Limited wishes to avoid misunderstandings and disputes when products, materials, ideas, inventions or projects that are in the Robert Langford Limited portfolio are, or appear to be, similar to your own User Content. While we implement industry-standard security protocols, the internet, the use of email, and the Site are all subject to security flaws and risks. You accept those risks by using the Site.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties/Limitation of Liability. You understand that Robert Langford Limited cannot and does not guarantee or warrant that the Site or files available for downloading from the Internet will be free of viruses, worms, trojan horses or other code that may manifest contaminating or destructive properties. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy your particular requirements for accuracy of data input and output. THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF THE ROBERT LANGFORD LIMITED PARTIES, WHETHER UNDER THE EXPRESS OR IMPLIED TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, IN TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER DUTY OF CARE) OR AT COMMON LAW, FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY DATA LOSS OR CORRUPTION, SUFFERED BY YOU OR ANY OF YOUR USERS OR THIRD PARTIES, WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT OR SPECIAL, OR ANY OTHER SIMILAR DAMAGE THAT MAY ARISE OR DOES ARISE FROM THE SITE, OR ANY BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT BY ANY ROBERT LANGFORD LIMITED PARTIES, IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT OF THE FEE (IF ANY) PAID TO ROBERT LANGFORD LIMITED BY YOU FOR ACCESS TO THE SITE OR THE AMOUNT OF £50 GBP, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
10. Applicable Law. These Terms and any action related thereto or related to the Site and the content will be governed, controlled, interpreted and defined by and under the laws of the United Kingdom and England and the laws applicable therein. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or your use of the Site and the content will be filed only in a court located in London, England.
11. Termination. You acknowledge and agree that these Terms of Use will remain in effect for so long as you use this Site. You agree that this agreement can only be terminated by you once you have stopped using the Site. Robert Langford Limited reserves the right to terminate your use of the Site at any time, for any reason, with or without cause, if Robert Langford Limited believes that you are violating these Terms in any way.
12. General. This Site may contain links to other sites which are not maintained by, or related to, Robert Langford Limited Hyperlinks to such sites are provided solely as a convenience to you and do not imply any endorsement by Robert Langford Limited of, any affiliation with or endorsement by the owner of the linked site. Robert Langford Limited has no control over such third party sites. Other terms may apply to you once you access those separate sites. These Terms and any other legal notices, legal terms, policies and guidelines of Robert Langford Limited linked to these Terms or otherwise made available to you in connection with the Site or any services available through the Site constitute the entire agreement between you and Robert Langford Limited relating to the subject matter hereof. You may not assign, convey, subcontract or delegate your rights, duties or obligations hereunder. If any provision of the Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Terms remain in full force and effect. It is the express will of the parties that this agreement and all related documents be drawn up in English.
