Payment Terms
Our payment terms are as follows:
- For standard made to measure orders for standard product, we ask for a 50% deposit upon order with the balance payable upon completion and prior to delivery.
- For bespoke made to measure orders, we ask for full payment at point of order.
- For all Quick Ship and “in stock” orders we ask for full payment at point of order.
- For first orders placed by a trade customer, or orders being paid on behalf of the trade customer by a third party (the end user) we ask for full payment at point of order.
- Should we be asked to purchase any fabrics or hardware on your behalf, we ask for full payment for these before placing any orders.
We accept the following methods of payment:
- Cheque
- Bank Transfer
- All major credit and debit cards
